Connection problems
If you can access other Web sites but still can't connect to the Canada Research Chairs' site, contact our technical support team.
Configuration of your PC
The configuration of your own PC may affect connection speed. A slow modem or an older PC with limited memory and a small processor can affect
working speed. If you find your computer is consistently slow or has trouble saving your form, please contact your institution's technical
support.
Firewalls
Some institutions, especially hospitals, have firewalls (filters restricting access) enabled for security reasons. If you are experiencing difficulty accessing our server due to a firewall at your institution, please contact your institution's technical support. You should ask if your firewall
blocks access to port 443.

Non-encrypted access to online forms
Our online forms use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) that ensures an encrypted, secure connection between our server and SSL-compatible browsers. If your
browser is not SSL-compatible, see below for non-encrypted access:
