Instructions: Chairholder Profiles


We ask that universities prepare a short research profile and submit a photo of each nominee. If the nomination is successful, the chairholder's profile and photo will be posted on this site. We reserve the right to edit the profile before posting.

Profiles

Please use the template (MS Word document, 56 KB) to create the profile and send the completed profiles to communications@chairs-chaires.gc.ca.

Photos

We request a colour, head and shoulders shot taken against a white background. Photos should be 5 x 7 inches in JPEG or TIF format with a 300 dpi resolution. Send the photos to communications@chairs-chaires.gc.ca.

Authorization Forms

Before we can post profiles and photos, we need chairholders to complete, sign and submit an authorization form (40.4 KB) by mail to:
