Research summary

Dr. Nathan Brown’s research is focused on the relationship of poetry to practices of making and concepts of form in the arts and sciences. At the research space he has founded and directs, the Centre for Expanded Poetics, students and faculty inform their study of contemporary poetry by researching the history of interdisciplinary poetics, and experiment with new approaches to poetic production through projects involving print-making, photography, film, video, digital textuality, and 3D printing.
