In the spirit of openness and transparency, the program has published the equity targets and gaps of each participating institution. You can find the datasets on the Program Statistics page (numbers lower than five were removed to protect chairholders’ privacy, as required by the Privacy Act).
The program is firmly committed to equity and ensuring that the program reflects the diversity of the Canadian population. Institutions must continue and further strengthen their efforts to address the underrepresentation within the program of members from the four designated groups.
The Tri-agency Institutional Programs Secretariat, its Management Committee and the CRCP Advisory Committee on Equity Policy are working to develop a strategy to promote institution’s adherence to equity targets.
