Three Canada Research Chairs receive Prix du Québec


On November 1, three Canada Research Chairs from the Université de Montréal received the Prix du Québec, the government of Quebec’s highest honour. They were recognized for their work in various disciplines, including the social sciences and humanities; natural sciences and engineering; and biomedical sciences.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Prix du Québec, which celebrate the lifetime accomplishments of researchers contributing to the richness and growth of Quebec’s culture, arts and science.
